- Must be subscribed to packages that include English Essentials to receive High Definition channels offered under HD Extra. Must have an HDTV, an HD receiver and an elliptical satellite dish to receive and view High Definition channels.
- The HD Sports Combo is $0.99 per month when added to these English programming packages: Gold with Movies, Platinum with Movies, Titanium with Movies, Ultimate Choice, or Ultimate with Movies.
- TSN 2 HD, SPEED HD and Golf Channel HD require a subscription to the Sports bundle or Digital Favorites.
- Subscription to equivalent standard definition channel required for all HD Sports channels, except Big Ten Network HD.
- HD Sports is not part of the No Extra cost HD Channels.
- TSN HD is the only HD Sports channel provided to Digital Lite subscribers
